Duties
- Engage with clients to understand their housing preferences, budget, and lifestyle needs through effective communication and active listening
- Utilize marketing strategies and industry trends to showcase available properties that match client criteria
- Conduct comprehensive real estate market analysis to identify suitable apartment options and provide informed recommendations
- Negotiate lease terms and rental offers with property managers or landlords to secure favorable agreements for clients
- Manage real estate transactions from initial inquiry through deal closing, ensuring all legal and administrative requirements are met
- Build strong client rapport by providing exceptional customer service, timely updates, and transparent communication throughout the process
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track client interactions, preferences, and follow-up activities efficiently
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales, property management, or related administrative roles within residential real estate transactions
