Scheduling: flexible; mix and match 8s, 10s, 12s, and 24s; shift differentials for 10s, 12s, and 24s

Case mix: orthopedic, gastrointestinal, general surgery, obstetrics, gynecology, urology, vascular surgery, neurology, ophthalmology, thoracic surgery, and pediatric anesthesiology
