What You’ll Do
-
Keep our production floor running strong by maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting equipment (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and more).

Support continuous improvement by recommending changes to tooling, fixtures, and processes that improve quality and safety.

Perform inspections, adjustments, and repairs on a wide range of manufacturing and support equipment.

Champion safety by following lockout/tagout and OSHA standards 100% of the time.

Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.

Play a critical role in ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 standards.
What You Bring
-
High school diploma or equivalent.
-
2-3+ years of maintenance experience in automotive or plastics manufacturing.
-
Advanced troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and water systems.

Ability to read and interpret schematics.

Strong working knowledge of OSHA guidelines.

Computer literacy with CMMS software (Fiix or similar) and Microsoft Office.

Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Physical Requirements
-
Stand for extended periods (3–4 hours at a time).

Regularly lift and carry up to 55 lbs.

Ability to push, pull, bend, and work in a physically active environment.
