Field Marketing Manager – Lead Our Canvassing Team

Are you an energetic field marketing leader who knows how to coach a canvassing team, build momentum, and turn neighborhood conversations into qualified leads?
American Design and Build is looking for a hands-on Field Marketing Manager to lead our door-to-door outreach team in Bel Air. You’ll recruit and develop field marketers, plan weekly neighborhood campaigns, track performance, and help your team consistently hit its goals.
This is an active, outdoor leadership position—not a desk-based marketing role. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being in the field, motivating people, and seeing the direct impact of their work.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of door-to-door field marketers
- Create weekly field plans, including target neighborhoods and daily outreach goals
- Monitor daily and weekly lead-generation results
- Identify performance opportunities and put improvement plans into action
- Recruit, interview, and help hire field marketing team members
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to the existing team
- Ensure the team represents our brand, mission, and values accurately
- Drive the company field marketing vehicle to designated neighborhoods
- Maintain a positive, accountable, and results-focused team culture
What You’ll Bring
- At least one year of door-to-door sales or canvassing experience
- At least one year of management or team-leadership experience
- At least two years of customer service experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for the past five years
- Strong coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills
- The ability to organize competing priorities and make sound decisions
- A proactive, professional, and results-oriented approach
- A commitment to customer satisfaction and high-quality lead generation
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual Salary of $52,000

Work Environment
This is a full-time, in-person position based in Bel Air, Maryland. This role involves working predominantly outdoors. The physical demands of this position include standing for extended periods, engaging with potential customers and interacting with the public. Operating various equipment and moving around public spaces will be necessary to fulfill certain tasks. Additionally, there may be a requirement to lift objects weighing up to 30 pounds.
