Lighthouse Wants You!! We are looking for a Veterinary Technician or Technician Assistant to join our awesome Lighthouse team!
Lighthouse Animal Hospital is a privately owned, fast paced, full service animal hospital. Our mission is providing top quality service to clients and patients. We are a 2 doctor practice looking for an experienced veterinary assistant to join us in the continued growth of our newly opened practice! Two years of veterinary experience is required with training and advancement opportunities available.
Responsibilities include but not limited to
-General assistant to the doctors and technicians
-Client interaction and education
-Must be able to lift at least 40lb
-Must be able to exhibit proper patient restraint for physical exams, radiographs, and sample collections
-General cleaning and hospital maintenance including laundry, end of day cleaning, restocking supplies, unpacking new inventory, etc.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Veterinary Technician Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Veterinary Experience: 2 years (Required)
