WG Dairy Supply is an agriculture services-based company originating in Creston, Ohio, with offices in St. Henry and Columbiana, Ohio and Michigan. WG Dairy Supply is focused on providing the most innovative products and support for the dairy industry in Ohio and bordering states, to serve, impact, and engage alongside farmers every day.
WG Dairy Supply is seeking an individual for employment for the sales and service of sanitation, consumable supplies, animal health products and milk quality needs for each customer. This position will serve the dairy both residential and commercial operations throughout Ohio. We are looking for driven, purposeful individual with passion work on a team to provide solutions to our customers. Training will be provided.
Typical Duties:
- Build and maintain professional relationships with dairy/livestock operations throughout the territory. (Ohio, West PA)
- Provide professional solutions and account management in serving the sanitation and consumable supply needs of dairy operations on a regular scheduled basis.
- Provide professional solutions to the customers to meet their milk quality or animal health goals
- Lead customers through the sales process to find their needs and exceed expectations.
- Work under the leadership of team leaders on multiple tasks in various stages
Requirements:
- Possess a positive attitude
- Ability to be self-driven and work within a team-oriented company to serve the customers’ needs
- Ability to organize daily, weekly and monthly activities
- Ability to work with customers and teammates through verbal, phone and written communication.
- Proficient knowledge of the dairy industry and milk quality requirements
- Ability to balance multiple tasks throughout each day.
- Organizational skills to manage a professional sales process
- Ability to perform basic Microsoft Office functions, Salesforce CRM
- Ability to present professional sales quoting/presentation accurately
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Valid Driver’s license w/a clean record (CDL w/HazMat will be given preference)
- Dairy background preferred
