Remote Dispatcher (Local to Long Island, NY) Monday-Friday: Midnight – 7am/ Sunday 8am-8pm.

We're looking for an organized, calm-under-pressure professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems in real time.
This is a remote position, but candidates must reside on Long Island and be available to report to our Islandia office for training, meetings, and emergency operational needs.

What You'll Do

Coordinate and dispatch heavy-duty tow trucks and road service technicians
- Communicate with customers, drivers, law enforcement, and fleet clients
- Prioritize emergency and non-emergency service requests
- Monitor GPS locations and route drivers efficiently
- Update dispatch software with accurate job information
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism under pressure
- Work closely with operations to ensure every job is completed safely and efficiently
Preferred Qualifications

Dispatch or transportation experience need in the local market.

Towing, trucking, emergency services, logistics, or fleet experience is a plus
- Strong computer and keyboard skills. Towbook and Samsara a plus
