What You Will Do
-
You will lead high quality HVAC installations while creating an outstanding experience for every homeowner.

Install residential heating and cooling systems to manufacturer specifications
-
Lead installation projects with quality and efficiency
-
Read blueprints diagrams and specification sheets
-
Educate homeowners on their new equipment
-
Install furnaces air handlers condensers ductwork humidifiers UV lights and related components
-
Start up test and troubleshoot newly installed equipment
-
Build lasting relationships that generate referrals and repeat business

Work closely with field leadership and your installation team
You Are a Great Fit If You

Hold a Kentucky Journeyman License
-
Have at least two years of HVAC installation experience
-
Hold a current EPA Certification
-
Take pride in clean quality workmanship
