Working directly alongside an experienced Optical team, you will be the face of our practice—welcoming patients, and delivering top-tier customer service in a clean, safe, and professional environment.
What You'll Do
- Welcome & Connect: Deliver exceptional, warm customer service as the first point of contact for our patients.
- Coordinate Care: Handle basic computer tasks, including securing insurance authorizations to ensure smooth patient visits.
- Flexibility: Split your week between two vibrant local practices (Cazenovia & Hamilton).
What You Bring
- Outstanding customer service skills and a warm, approachable personality.
- A great sense of style and eye for detail.
- Basic computer proficiency and a valid driver's license (required for practice travel).
- Prior medical reception or optometry experience (preferred, but not required).
