Overview
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need. We are looking for people to continue the legacy of a new way of doing caregiving. We believe in treating our clients as we would if they were our own family, we believe that if we have a happy staff we will be able to have happier clients. We believe God will Guide the right people to our agency to be able to have the best care team around!
Responsibilities
- Provide home community care to residents
- Respect and uphold resident rights at all times
- Offer direct support with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Specialize in dementia care for those in need
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the care environment
- Implement senior care practices with empathy and professionalism
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality
Qualifications
- Experience in home care or a related field is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of ADLs and senior care practices is advantageous
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Willing to learn a new way of caregiving, that puts care first!
