We're looking for a warm, organized, and sales-driven Self Care Ambassador (Spa Receptionist) to join our Upper West Side team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love creating memorable guest experiences, and enjoy helping others discover skincare they love, we'd love to meet you. As the first and last impression of Savor Beauty + Spa, you'll play an essential role in creating an elevated guest experience by:
- Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism
- Managing appointments, scheduling, and guest communications
- Delivering exceptional customer service before, during, and after each visit
- Educating guests on our handcrafted skincare and recommending products that support their skincare goals
- Supporting retail sales and helping achieve sales goals
- Maintaining an organized, polished, and welcoming front desk environment
- Collaborating with the spa team to ensure seamless daily operations

- Confident using technology and learning new software systems

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a spa, wellness, medical spa, salon, or luxury hospitality environment
- Passion for skincare, beauty, or self-care
- Retail sales experience with the ability to confidently recommend products
- Looking to build a long-term career within the beauty and wellness industry
Requirements
- Availability to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Retail or sales experience
- Reliable transportation to both our Upper West Side and West Village locations, with the flexibility to support at either location based on business needs
