We’re seeking a dedicated Wok Cook to join our fast casual kitchen team. You’ll be the heartbeat of our cookline—preparing vibrant, made-to-order dishes with skill, speed, and consistency. Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items using wok techniques, maintaining recipe accuracy and portion control

Prepare and marinate proteins and vegetables for seamless service

Monitor cooking temperatures and times to ensure food quality and safety

Plate each order with speed, accuracy, and attention to presentation standards

Keep your station organized, sanitized, and fully stocked throughout service

Collaborate with the kitchen staff to manage ticket times and smooth workflow

Assist with daily prep, inventory counts, and FIFO rotation

Comply with all food safety regulations, including temperature logs and sanitation procedures
Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen, preferably handling wok or stir-fry stations

Strong knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment

Ability to work quickly under pressure and maintain composure during peak hours

Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Food Handler’s certification or willingness to obtain one immediately
