Duff Builders is looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our team!
We are a small to mid-sized, family-owned residential home building and remodeling company serving Lancaster, York, Chester, and the surrounding areas. We take pride in the quality of our work and in building strong, long-term relationships with both our customers and our employees.

The ideal candidate will:
- Have a strong background in all phases of residential construction and remodeling
- Have solid carpentry skills, including finish and trim carpentry
- Be reliable, dependable, and take pride in their work
- Be able to balance quality craftsmanship with productivity
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Have strong communication and leadership skills
- Be comfortable taking initiative and helping guide other team members when needed
- Be knowledgeable in various aspects of residential construction
- Maintain a professional attitude and take pride in representing the company
We offer a benefit package including health & dental, vacation, and holiday pay. Pay is commensurate on experience level.
