½ of ½ Name Brand Clothing in Lenexa is looking for a well-rounded person who can work in multiple areas of the store. We need someone who is flexible and able to complete many different tasks and stay on task. There is growth and advancement opportunities. There is a potential to becoming a part of the management team. There is potential to grow into having your own store in the future if it is a good fit!
Pay would be based on fit and experience and would start at $16/hr to $18/hr.
Hours would normally be 8-5 Monday thru Friday with a few Saturday’s possible.
We have a great team here and are looking to add an important piece to our team.
Must be willing to take instruction and work well with others as a team.
Warehouse duties:
· Unload a truck weekly
· Organize the pallets from the truck so they can be worked up that week.
· Sort, organize, box or unbox hangers for the week.
· Break down boxes and stack pallets as needed.
· Make sure processing has everything they need.
· Organize and keep the warehouse clean.
Merchandising Duties:
· Most Monday’s and Tuesdays are used to organize and move things around the store to make room for new items to go out on the floor. Working with the merchandising team to get the plan completed.
· Tuesday’s bringing out merchandise onto the floor to fill up clothing racks.
· Setting up clothing racks or shelving might be needed on Tuesdays.
· Any other duties needed to complete the merchandising plan.
Cash Register
· Learn how to operate our cash register.
· Be able to cover lunches or time we are short-handed on the registers.
Processing:
· Learn how we process inventory and be able to help where needed.
· Help make sure those that are doing the processing have what they need to get the job done.
Other duties:
· The ability to operate a pallet jack
· The ability to operate a forklift
· Have a driver’s license and be able to drive a 26 foot box truck when needed.
