At Auto Care Plus, our Service Advisors are the face of the shop—building trust, creating long-term customer relationships, and making sure every guest feels taken care of from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:

Be the primary point of contact for customers and deliver an exceptional service experience

Build trust through clear communication, empathy, and follow-through

Manage appointments, explain recommended services, and keep customers informed throughout the repair process

Focus on customer retention by creating positive, repeatable experiences

Work closely with technicians and management to ensure a smooth, stress-free visit for every customer

Experience in hospitality, restaurant, hotel, retail, or customer-facing roles
