The Bagel Hole is looking for dependable, hardworking, and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Members to join our growing team! We're bringing authentic New York-style bagels, breakfast sandwiches, and deli favorites to Cumming, Ga and we're looking for people who take pride in preparing great food and working as part of a fast-paced team.
As a Kitchen Team Member, you'll prepare breakfast sandwiches, grill meats, cook eggs, assemble menu items, prep ingredients, and help keep the kitchen clean, organized, and running efficiently. Whether you're an experienced line cook or someone eager to learn, we'll provide the training needed to help you succeed.

Responsibilities
- Prepare breakfast sandwiches, grilled menu items, and other kitchen favorites according to The Bagel Hole's recipes and quality standards.
- Cook eggs, bacon, sausage, and other ingredients using commercial grills and kitchen equipment.
- Prep fresh ingredients daily, including slicing vegetables, preparing meats, and stocking the line.
- Assemble customer orders accurately and efficiently during busy breakfast and lunch rushes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen at all times.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
- Monitor food quality and freshness throughout each shift.
- Restock inventory and communicate low product levels to management.
- Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure fast, friendly service.
- Assist with opening, closing, and general kitchen cleaning duties.
- Help create a positive, team-oriented work environment where everyone is willing to jump in and help.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Comfortable operating commercial grills and other kitchen equipment (training provided).
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
