Locations: Nassau and Suffolk County
Hours: Full Time (Daytime Hours)
Monday - Friday, some weekends
We are seeking a Maintenance Worker to assist in maintaining multiple residential group homes. Essential duties include, but not limited to:

Interior and exterior painting

Sheetrock and spackle

Maintaining facility grounds

Moving and assembling furniture

Conducting safety checks
Qualifications:

HS Diploma or GED
-
Valid NYS Driver's License

Vehicle for reliable transportation

Must own basic tools
-
General knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting and electrical

At least one year in the maintenance field

Ability to lift 50 lbs.
