We are a well-established, 13-attorney boutique litigation firm in Great Neck, New York, with more than 40 years of experience representing clients in complex and meaningful matters. We have built our reputation through excellent legal work, strong client relationships, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
We are currently seeking a New York-admitted Litigation Attorney with approximately 3–5 years of litigation experience to join our growing team.
The Opportunity
This is an opportunity for an attorney who wants to take ownership of their cases and continue developing as a litigator.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing matters from inception through resolution, including:
- Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal correspondence
- Conducting discovery and taking and defending depositions
- Appearing in court and handling conferences and motions
- Developing litigation strategy and managing cases independently
- Communicating directly with clients and opposing counsel
- Preparing cases for trial
- Working collaboratively with other attorneys and staff
First-chair trial experience is a plus, but not required.
We are looking for someone who is smart, motivated, responsible, and genuinely enjoys practicing law. You should be comfortable taking initiative while also knowing when to collaborate and ask for input.

What We’re Looking For
- Admission to practice law in New York
- Approximately 3–5 years of litigation experience
- Strong writing, research, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage cases and deadlines effectively
- Confidence appearing in court and communicating with clients and adversaries
- Strong attention to detail
- Professionalism, sound judgment, and a strong work ethic
- A team-oriented attitude and willingness to contribute to the success of the firm
