MUST HAVE AT LEAST THREE YEARS OF HOTEL GENERAL MANAGER EXPERIENCE
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Director of Operations to lead and oversee multiple hotels and apartment complexes. This leadership role provides full operational responsibility, including financial performance, regulatory compliance and leadership development.
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple locations, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and standards.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency, expand business development opportunities, and improve overall profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and develop regional management teams to achieve high performance levels through effective team leadership and managerial communication.
- Ensure seamless execution of service standards and SOP's, delivering a refined and consistent portfolio.
- Recruit, develop and mentor leadership while promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability and recognition.
- Work closely with ownership on financial performance, capital planning and long-term asset positioning.
- Support general managers with capital projects and renovations while succesfully maintaining the operations.
- Monitor financial performance through revenue growth, profitability and disciplines management of budgets, forecast and labor.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement by coaching teams on process enhancements and operational best practices.
Experience
- Proven managerial experience with a strong background in business management, operations management, or related fields.
- Demonstrated success in supervising teams across multiple locations with a focus on leadership development and team building.
- Extensive experience in profit & loss analysis, financial management, and strategic planning within a fast-growing organization.
- Proficiency in Excel data analysis for reporting and decision-making purposes.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, customer service excellence, and process improvement techniques such as lean management.
- Excellent communication skills suited for executive-level team management and managerial communication roles.
- Must have at least three years consecutive General Manager experience.
- Proficient in hotel systems, Hotel Key, Stay PMS and PEP.
