THE ATMOSPHERE
The Longboard St. Thomas is the third iteration of our celebrated coastal dining concept that originally opened on St. John in the US Virgin Islands in 2015. Like its flagship, the STT location offers innovative and refined seafood-forward island flare and a lively bar program featuring Caribbean-inspired craft cocktails. The laid-back lifestyles of St. Thomas and St. John mesh perfectly to create a relaxed, coastal vibe in a vibrant setting. Our restaurants are more than places to eat— they’re destinations to experience. We bring the vibes, the views, and the hospitality to match.
THE IDEAL MATCH
The Bar Manager supports the Beverage Director and General Manager in building a cohesive team and creating & maintaining a beverage program that inspires and satisfies guests. Alongside the management team, this individual will assist in creating an environment of fun, warm, and relaxed hospitality. The right candidate must have the ability to manage people and the aptitude to bring creative solutions to the table. This person must have a solid understanding of managing costs, upholding menu standards, controlling inventory, and most importantly, a love for the craft. Our bar program thrives on creativity, consistency, and a shared passion for pushing the boundaries of mixology. The ideal candidate is a practiced problem solver, maintains a calm demeanor under pressure, persists in getting the job done, and enjoys coaching and working alongside a large team to improve performance and increase retention.
BALANCED HOSPITALITY
The Longboard St. Thomas brings a fresh, vibrant take on coastal Caribbean dining—where tropical, casual vibes meet elevated experiences. Our restaurants are destinations that blend music, sunshine, island flavors, and top-tier hospitality into unforgettable moments. We’re laid-back but dialed-in. Professional but never stuffy. Every guest is welcomed like family—and we take that seriously.
