Overview:
Under the direction of the Director of Learning Solutions & Delivery, the Learning Business Partner (LBP) will directly support the MRO Clinics ROI AND Forms Exchange lines of business leaders and other stakeholders to design, deliver, and identify learning and training initiatives. This role will design and develop comprehensive talent development programs, including onboarding, soft skills, technical skills training, and continuous learning initiatives. The LBP will create training materials such as manuals, presentations, and digital resources to ensure employees are proficient on various platforms. This individual will employ a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure the maximum effectiveness of training programs.

Responsibilities:
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify training needs, design tailored solutions, and measure the impact of learning programs on organizational success.

Facilitate or coordinate the delivery of training programs, workshops, and learning interventions that meet the specific needs of business units.

Develop and manage learning roadmaps for different departments or functions.

Creates training content outlines for online or in-person courses.

Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor on talent development initiatives, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.

Manages group dynamics, creating a “learner-focused” environment utilizing adult accelerated learning methods.

Produces professional presentations and training materials, including facilitation and participant guides, training aids, assessments, training activities, and role-play scenarios.
- Provide ongoing training and support to optimize daily operations.

Work closely with internal teams to provide additional skills training on various systems.

Actively incorporate new technologies to advance training programs and system processes, increasing efficiency and enhancing training quality.

Champion a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

Advocate for learning opportunities, resources, and best practices that support employee growth, engagement, and career progression.

Stay current on industry trends, best practices, emerging technologies in talent development, and adult learning theory.

Perform other related duties and activities as required.
Qualifications:
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Organizational Development or related field OR 3 years equivalent work experience in talent development.

Proven experience (3 or more years) in talent development, organizational development, or learning and development roles.

Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, as well as the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences, are essential for this role.

Strong understanding of learning theory, instructional design principles, and adult learning principles.

Proficient in various systems, including MS Office (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.

Excellent communication skills, strong organizational capabilities, demonstrating problem-solving expertise, leadership experience, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Passionate about education, maintains high integrity and accountability, proactive and self-driven, collaborative, and supportive, fostering a positive learning environment.

Professional certification in talent development, instructional design, or related areas (e.g., ATD, CPLP, SHRM-CP) is preferred.
Total Compensation
Base pay is one element of the total compensation package. Eligible employees may also receive an annual cash bonus and have access to a comprehensive benefits offering, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
Salary Range
It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range. Individual pay may be influenced by factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity.
