10th Ave Nails is expanding, and we’re hiring nine licensed nail technicians to join our team in Caldwell! We are beginning interviews immediately while construction on our expansion is completed.
Both full-time and part-time positions are available. We are looking for dependable, friendly technicians who take pride in their work, provide excellent customer service and enjoy being part of a professional salon team.
Services may include:
- Acrylic full sets and fills
- Gel manicures
- Gel-X extensions
- Dip powder
- Builder gel and hard gel
- Manicures and pedicures
- Polish and product removal
- Nail repairs
- French tips and nail art
- Pedicures
You do not need to specialize in every service, but you must be able to confidently and safely perform the services you accept appointments for.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nail services with consistent quality
- Follow all sanitation, disinfection and Idaho licensing requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Create a welcoming experience for every client
- Manage appointment timing and communicate professionally
- Work cooperatively with salon management and other technicians
- Help retain clients through excellent service and rebooking
Qualifications
- Active Idaho nail technician or cosmetology license required before your first day
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Professional appearance and communication
- Strong sanitation and customer-service habits
- Ability to work an agreed-upon schedule
- Evening, Saturday and Sunday availability is especially valuable
- Experienced technicians and strong recent graduates are encouraged to apply
Salon hours are Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM–7:00 PM and Sunday from 11:00 AM–4:00 PM. Individual schedules will be discussed during interviews.
