As an Associate Attorney, you'll work with families to provide legal guidance and strategies that protect their legacies and give them confidence in the road ahead.

Compensation:
$90,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
As an Associate Attorney, you’ll be responsible for helping clients feel confident in their decisions t and ensuring they receive the guidance, communication, and experience they expect throughout their journey with us.
What you will do:
Lead Attorney Engagement Meetings with clients and their families to understand their goals, assess their needs, and develop custom strategies related to Estate Planning, Probate, and Medicaid.
Build trust and confidence by listening with compassion, communicating clearly, and helping clients feel confident that they have made the right decision for themselves and their families.
Verify and affirm the client's plan, ensuring they understand the strategy, why it meets their goals, and what to expect next.
Educate clients and answer legal questions in a way that makes complex legal concepts understandable and actionable.
Gather and confirm critical client information needed to move the client's plan forward.
Serve as the point of contact for client legal questions that require an attorney.
Oversee the client experience, proactively identifying and addressing concerns and ensuring clients receive a seamless, high-quality experience from engagement through completion.
Manage your caseload with ownership and accountability, keeping matters moving forward with minimal oversight while partnering closely with paralegals and team members.
Maintain accurate and timely CRM documentation for every client interaction, including meetings, calls, and follow-up.
Seek opportunities for continuous learning to keep up to date with legal issues affecting our areas of practice.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Active admission to the Georgia bar and a license in good standing.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and approachable way.
- A client-first mindset and the ability to build trust and confidence with clients and their family.
- Sound judgement and a strong ethical foundation.
- Emotional intelligence and empathy, particularly when working with clients and navigating difficult and emotional circumstances.
- The ability to take ownership of your caseload, move the work forward without constant oversight.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities- while maintaining a hight standard of work.
- Strong problem solving and negotiation skills, with a willingness to listen, find common ground, and work toward solutions that serve the client's best interest.
- a positive and resilient attitude and the ability to remain calm, professional, and solutions- oriented in challenging situations.
- A growth mindset and an interest in continuing to develop your legal knowledge and skills.
Proficiency with standard office and technology tools.
