The Inn at Fairview is seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our assisted living memory care community.
This role is ideal for a nursing professional who is dependable, kind, and committed to providing high-quality care in a warm, supportive environment. The RN will help support the health, safety, and well-being of those who call The Inn home while working under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
This is a full-time position with hours of 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with every other weekend required.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing compassionate nursing care in accordance with care plans and facility policies
- Monitoring and supporting the health, safety, and comfort of assisted living memory care residents
- Administering medications and treatments as ordered
- Documenting care accurately and timely in PointClickCare
- Communicating effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members
- Following health, safety, sanitation, and infection control standards
- Maintaining confidentiality and upholding nursing best practices
- Working collaboratively with the Director of Nursing and care team
Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of New Hampshire
- Previous nursing experience preferred
- Experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care a plus
- Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Knowledge of PointClickCare preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and able to work well under pressure
- Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team

Pay: $26.50 - $36.00 per hour
