Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated, compassionate individuals to join our team. DSPs provide essential support in daily living activities, transportation, and community integration. Successful candidates will work collaboratively with clients and team members to create meaningful progress and lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities including personal care, mobility, and meal preparation
- Promote skill-building and independence in home and community settings
- Support clients during appointments, outings, and daily routines
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with care plans
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience is a plus, but not required—comprehensive training is provided
- Bilingual is a plus
Position Details:
- Part-time roles available ranging from 28 hours in summer and 15 hours during school year.

- Are you able to physically push, pull, or lift 25 pounds, unassisted, on a regular basis and up to 100 pounds unassisted occasionally?
- Please describe your experience working with individuals that are in the IDD populations. Also describe your experience working in a residential setting. Please include organizations that you worked for, volunteered for, and/or personal experience that you have.
