American Traveler is seeking a CO-licensed RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring at least 1 year of L&D experience and Epic proficiency, working night shifts at a hospital in Brighton, CO.

Labor and Delivery unit in a hospital setting located in Brighton, CO

Night shift schedule: 7p–7a, 12-hour shifts

36 hours per week, 3 days per week

Epic EMR is used for charting

Floating to other departments may be required based on business need

On-call during a regularly scheduled shift may be required

Active CO RN license or compact license currently in hand — no pending licenses accepted

Minimum 1 year of L&D nursing experience required

Required certifications (all must be AHA and valid through the assignment start date): BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS
-
Associate's degree (ASN) from an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred
-
Date of birth and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration

Epic charting experience required

Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for Labor and Delivery patients

Performs health teaching, counseling, and executes delegated medical functions
-
Refers patients as needed and reviews and monitors therapy and treatment plans

Documents in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines
-
Former permanent staff must have been separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment
