Property Maintenance Tech
South Lake Associates seeks a dynamic Property Maintenance Tech to enhance, maintain and repair properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Property Maintenance: Perform scheduled cleaning, repairs, and preventive upkeep in buildings and units
- Unit Turnover Prep: Ensure vacant units are move-in ready
- Team Collaboration: Support other techs with larger projects and coordinate with vendors for bids, access, and repairs.
- Operational Support: Assist property managers with vendor meetings, tenant access, and document delivery.
- Groundskeeping & Landscaping: Execute mowing, edging, pressure washing and outdoor cleanup to maintain common areas
- Emergency Response: Address urgent maintenance issues promptly, including after-hours repairs.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- License: Valid Washington State driver’s license (clean driving record required).
- Experience: 1+ years in maintenance, painting, drywall, general repairs, cleaning, landscape.
- Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and excellent communication.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
