Duties
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service with a lively and professional demeanor
- Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and manage client inquiries efficiently
- Collect payments, process medical billing, and handle medical collections with accuracy and confidentiality
- Support veterinary staff by preparing animals for procedures, including animal restraint and handling
- Facilitate communication between clients and veterinary team regarding pet care instructions and follow-up appointments
Requirements
- Previous experience in veterinary reception or customer service is highly preferred; familiarity with veterinary terminology is a plus
- Knowledge of animal handling techniques and pet care practices is preferred
- Ability to multitask while still maintaining a high quality of service
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
- Strong work ethic with reliability and honesty are a must
