Dental Receptionist
Endodontics of St. Louis
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Dental Receptionist to join our specialty endodontic practice. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience while supporting the daily operations of the office. If you enjoy providing exceptional customer service in a compassionate, team-oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Thursday 7:30am - 4:00pm, rotating Fridays 8am-1pm
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment

Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars

Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication

Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations

Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records

Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry

Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed

Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations

Qualifications:
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent

1+ years of dental front office experience
Preferred Skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

Experience with dental practice management software

Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications

Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures

The salary range for this role is $16-$20 per hour.
