Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling electronic and electro-mechanical components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise in electronics assembly, electrical wiring, and schematic reading will ensure the production of high-quality products that meet strict industry standards. Responsibilities
- Assemble electrical and mechanical components according to detailed blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and ohmmeters to accurately assemble and test electro-mechanical parts.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprint specifications to ensure proper assembly procedures.
- Solder surface mount technology (SMT) components and electrical connections adhering to IPC 610 standards for quality assurance.
- Build electrical panels and wiring harnesses following precise electrical blueprint instructions.
- Troubleshoot assembly issues through engineering troubleshooting techniques and rectify problems promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols and quality control standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in electronics assembly, including PCB (Printed Circuit Board) assembly and surface mount technology.
- Strong knowledge of electrical schematic reading, blueprint interpretation, and wiring diagrams.
- Familiarity with soldering techniques, electrical wiring, and electrical panel building.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, calipers, ohmmeters, and other measurement devices accurately.
- Mechanical knowledge related to machining, component installation, and electro-mechanical assembly processes.
- Experience with IPC 610 standards for electronic assemblies is highly desirable.
- Ability to follow detailed blueprints and schematics precisely while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with an understanding of engineering troubleshooting methods involving electro-mechanical components.
