We’re expanding and looking for a driven, client-facing Client Account Manager to build new relationships, increase revenue, and eventually step into a leadership role.

This role is focused on account ownership, client satisfaction, and retention—not just sales. You’ll be the face of our clients, regularly visiting sites, identifying issues, and ensuring service quality, while serving as the key liaison between clients and our operations team.
· Visit assigned client accounts regularly across NYC
· Build strong, in-person relationships with clients (property managers, office leaders, etc.)
· Act as the primary point of contact for all client communication
· Identify service issues, complaints, or gaps and escalate to operations for resolution
· Proactively spot problems before clients raise them
· Conduct walk-throughs and quality checks of cleaning services
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and correctly
· Maintain ongoing client satisfaction and retention
· Identify up-selling or new service opportunities within existing accounts
· Close additional work and earn commission on new revenue generated
· 2+ years of experience in Commercial cleaning / janitorial services (preferred) working for a cleaning contractor or similar office services company
· Facility services, property management, or similar field-based roles
· Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
· Comfortable handling client concerns and resolving issues professionally
· Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in the field
· Organized and responsive—someone clients can count on
· Ability to walk sites, notice issues, and communicate clearly with operations
· You’re hands-on and proactive, not reactive
· You don’t wait for complaints—you prevent them
· You’re comfortable being the “owner” of the client relationship
· You take pride in keeping accounts happy and retained
· You can naturally identify opportunities to grow accounts

Commission: Aggressive, uncapped structure
Realistic OTE: $100,000
Travel & Expense Reimbursement
Pay: $55,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year
