Licensed Real Estate Agent – Rentals (Commission-Based)
Nestapple | New York, NYNestapple is looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to focus on rentals and actually make money doing it. We get a steady stream of rental leads and give our agents the tools, support, and listings to close deals — you bring the license, the hustle, and the people skills.This is 100% commission: no draw, no salary, no cap on what you can earn. The agents who do well here are the ones who show up, respond quickly, and treat clients as people rather than transactions.
What you'll be doing:
Meeting with renters, understanding what they need, and showing them apartments that actually fit. Negotiating leases and getting deals to the finish line. Building a client base you can keep coming back to for years. Staying on top of new listings and moving fast when something good comes up.
What you need:
An active NY real estate license (required — we can't work with you without it). Strong communication skills and the ability to hustle in a fast-moving market. Comfortable working independently but also part of a team.
Prior rental experience is a plus but not required if you're willing to learn.
