Position: Pharmacist
Type: Full-Time, Permanent (40 hours/week)
Location: Philadelphia, PA 19107
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends)
Setting: Technology-enabled, integrated pharmacy solutions partner
Pay: $130,000 – $135,000

About the Role:
This is not your typical retail pharmacy role. Join a tech-enabled, integrated pharmacy solutions partner serving nonprofit healthcare organizations, with a focus on 340B program optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and legality
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and inventory management
- Prepare medications using correct dosages and materials
- Provide counseling and medication education to patients
- Maintain accurate patient profiles and pharmacy records
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and support daily workflow
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, Fraud Waste and Abuse policies, and all federal/state regulations
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
- Active and unrestricted PA Pharmacist License
- Minimum of 4 years of pharmacy experience
