Position Summary
The Regional Operations Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to branch leadership to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the branch. This role serves as a key liaison between the branch and corporate departments, supporting workflow coordination, employee administration, financial processes, fleet and safety initiatives, and customer service activities. The Regional Operations Coordinator helps maintain operational efficiency, data accuracy, and compliance while enabling branch leadership to focus on serving customers and managing field operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to branch leadership to ensure efficient daily business operations.
- Serve as the primary point of coordination between the branch and corporate departments, including Human Resources, Safety & Risk, Fleet Operations, Finance, Accounts Payable, Sales, and Executive Leadership.
- Assist branch leadership with operational projects, reporting requirements, and process improvement initiatives.
- Prepare, review, and process branch expense reports through expense system
- Organize receipts, invoices, supporting documentation, and other financial records.
- Assist with customer invoicing and related administrative processes.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for branch leadership, crane operators, apprentices, truck drivers, and other employees as required.
- Review employee time and attendance records for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with compliance-related documentation and reporting requirements.
- Support branch adherence to company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Qualifications Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred; OR Associate's degree with one (1) year of administrative, operations, construction, transportation, or related industry experience; OR Three (3) years of progressively responsible administrative or operational support experience in the crane, construction, transportation, equipment rental, or related industry.
- One (1) to three (3) years of experience supporting business operations, office administration, or branch management functions preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

- Ability to analyze information, identify issues, and recommend practical solutions.
- Strong administrative and document management skills.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
