We're growing — and looking for a skilled, reliable Dental Assistant to join our clinical team.
What You'll Do
- Assist chairside during a variety of procedures, including restorative, implant, and prosthodontic cases
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories between patients
- Take and process digital X-rays and intraoral scans
- Maintain accurate patient charting in Open Dental
- Set up and break down treatment rooms efficiently
- Support patient comfort and communication throughout visits
- Help keep the office running smoothly — inventory, supply orders, and general clinical support
What We're Looking For
- Current Massachusetts Dental Assistant certification and X-ray certification required
- Prior chairside experience preferred (1+ years)
- Comfortable with digital workflows (digital X-rays, intraoral scanners)
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
