The Children’s Center of Knoxville is seeking a caring and dependable Part-Time Childcare Support Staff member to help provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years.
Responsibilities:
- Support teachers with daily classroom activities and learning experiences
- Assist with meals, snacks, and classroom routines
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Communicate positively with parents and staff
- Follow Tennessee childcare licensing regulations and center policies
- Maintain confidentiality of children, families, and staff information
- Participate in staff meetings and center activities
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work with children ages 6 weeks–5 years
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Childcare experience preferred
