We’re a fast-growing, highly rated auto repair shop in Boulder, Colorado, and we’re hiring a Customer Service Representative who will train into a full-time Service Advisor role.
No certifications or tools required - we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

What You’ll Do:

Greet customers and make them feel welcome.

Help customers check in vehicles and explain their concerns.

Communicate with technicians and present repair options clearly.

Handle scheduling, payments, and customer follow-up.

Recommend future maintenance/repair needs and schedule return visits.

Build trust-based relationships with customers who rely on you for honest advice.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.

Strong English communication skills.

Comfortable using computers and learning software.

Able to get in/out of vehicles and assist with light shop tasks.
Compensation:
-
$17.50-$20/hr DOE during training.
-
Promotion into commission-based Service Advisor role with $80–150k/year potential.
Schedule:

Full-time

No weekends or late nights.
