As our portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking an Associate Project Manager to support home installation, renovation, and capital improvement projects across our communities nationwide.
Position Overview
The Associate Project Manager will support the planning, coordination, and execution of home installation, rehabilitation, and capital projects throughout ClearTrail's portfolio. Working closely with the Director of Home Operations, this individual will help manage projects ranging from home renovations and new home installations to larger community improvement initiatives.
This role is ideal for a highly organized professional with experience in construction management, residential renovations, or project coordination who enjoys managing multiple projects and collaborating with contractors and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate home installation, refurbishment and maintenance projects from planning through completion.
- Track project schedules, budgets, and key milestones.
- Review contractor estimates, bids, and scopes of work.
- Assist in managing the vendor bidding and procurement process.
- Source, evaluate, and onboard contractors and service providers in existing and new markets.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure work is completed according to approved budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Maintain project documentation and reporting.
- Support operational initiatives and process improvements within the Home Operations team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience managing or coordinating construction, renovation, maintenance, or capital improvement projects.
- Understanding of contractor bidding, procurement, and project execution processes.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other project management tools.
- Willingness to travel periodically to communities and project sites.
