Role Overview:
As a Caregiver / HHA at Assisting Hands Central New Jersey, you will be responsible for providing compassionate in-home care to our clients during various shifts. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our caregiving team to ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of our clients. You will work on-site in Bridgewater, New Jersey, contributing to the quality of life for those in your care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized care based on clients' specific needs.

Assist with daily living activities including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders.

Engage clients in meaningful conversations and social interactions to foster emotional well-being.

Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and report any changes to the caregiving team.

Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality care and ensure a supportive environment for clients.
Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor towards clients.

Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Previous experience in caregiving or a related field.

Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or willingness to obtain certification.

Flexible availability to work various shifts throughout the week.
Bonus If You:
- Have additional training in elderly care or special needs support.

Possess CPR and First Aid certifications.

Are familiar with using mobility assistance devices.
Employment Type & Availability:
This is a Part-Time position with flexible shifts available from Monday to Friday, 9:30 am - 1:30 pm twice a week.
Location:
This position is on-site in Bridgewater, New Jersey.
