Location: Maple Lake, MN
Wage: $60,000 – $70,000/year | DOE
Hours: 6 AM – 4 PM | Monday – Thursday

Duties of the production supervisor:
- Serve as the shift safety leader and quality advocate
- Monitor shift productivity, scrap materials, and product rework
- Coordinate with schedulers to ensure timely completion of work orders
- Handle interviewing, hiring, performance reviews, and team development
- Facilitate quarterly staff training and assist with work instructions
- Provide operational floor coverage for deck leads when needed
Requirements of the production supervisor:
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience (plastics background is a plus)
- Proven background in a supervisory or team lead role
- Proficient with measuring devices (tape measures, calipers, micrometers)
- Experience handling basic hand and power tools and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
