Human Resources Generalist
Full-Time, Salary $50-55k
GoodLife Innovations is an award-winning and nationally recognized leader in services for adults with disabilities. We are seeking a personable, professional, and caring individual to join our growing Human Resources team as an HR Generalist!
As the HR Generalist, you will provide administrative and on-site support to our Johnson County office. You will build relationships with staff and assist with HR-related questions, as well as manage several assigned HR processes. You will also teach the HR portions of new hire training and provide HR management training.

Some duties include:
- Benefits administration, including managing enrollments, changes, and terminations
- Administrating HR processes, including background checks, performance agreements, and employee file maintenance
- Serve as HR representative for the site, building relationships with staff and and answering questions
- Collecting I-9 documentation from new staff
- Training the HR section for new hires and providing new manager HR training
Some qualifications:
- Associate’s degree minimally required
- At least 1 year of administrative experience required, prior HR experience preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to learn quickly and teach in front of groups of people
- Must be able to work on site
- Must successfully pass criminal background check
- Must have valid Driver’s License
