Dentist Headhunter is seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and personable Associate Dentist to join an established and thriving family dental practice in Wilmington DE.
DENTIST MUST ALREADY BE LICENSED IN DELAWARE

About the Practice
- Serving the community for 30+ years
- Doctors: 3* | Hygienists: 8*
- 7 total chairs
- Schedule: Full-time or part-time available
- Insurance mix: 80% PPO / 20% FFS
- Technology: Fully digital, including iTero, Jazz digital X-rays, CBCT
- Specialty Services: Practice also incorporates holistic dentistry
- New Patients: 20–30 per month

Qualifications & Skills
- Highly proficient in general, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry
- Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients independently
- GPR or AEGD completion preferred

- Strong attention to detail and professional integrity
