Daily Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints and execute furniture building projects
- Work with hardwood veneers and operate various woodworking tools
- Utilize table saws, routers, planers, jointers, and line bore machines
- Handle cabinet hardware and finishing products with precision
- Collaborate with team members in a production shop environment
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 8+ years of carpentry experience
- Proficiency in furniture building and working with hardwood veneers
- Ability to read blueprints and operate woodworking tools
- Strong communication skills and professionalism with clients
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and problem-solving under pressure
Technical Skills:
- Experience with table saws, routers, planers, jointers, and line bore machines
- Knowledge of cabinet hardware and finishing products
- Computer literate with the ability to learn new software programs

Salary and Benefits:
Minimum Salary: $60,000.00
Maximum Salary: $70,000.00
