As an Associate Analyst I, you will partner with experienced analysts to research, evaluate, and monitor investment solutions aligned with the firm’s long-term philosophy. In this role, you’ll build foundational expertise in investment analysis while contributing meaningful insights that support decision-making across the organization.

- Support analysts in researching, evaluating, and monitoring investment strategies and portfolio solutions

Prepare materials for meetings and calls, including research summaries, recommendations, and analysis

Conduct performance and attribution analysis to support investment evaluations

Utilize tools such as Morningstar Direct, FactSet, and internal systems to gather, analyze, and maintain data
-
Provide timely insights and updates on performance and market developments to stakeholders

Communicate findings clearly and concisely, tailoring messaging to different audiences

Collaborate with team members and contribute to discussions, initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
- Supporting high-quality investment decisions that help clients achieve long-term financial goals

Enhancing the accuracy and timeliness of investment research and reporting

Improving team efficiency through data analysis and process support

Contributing to a collaborative and inclusive team environment focused on strong outcomes

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
-
1–3 years of experience in finance, investment analysis, or related area
-
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
-
Ability to communicate complex information clearly in both written and verbal formats

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Progress toward or interest in obtaining CFA designation
-
Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or willingness to obtain per department guidelines)

Experience with investment research tools such as Morningstar Direct, FactSet, or similar platforms

Exposure to data analysis tools or programming languages such as Python or R

Interest in applying advanced analytics or AI tools to investment research

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Ability to analyze and interpret financial and investment data

Strong problem-solving and research capabilities

Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn new tools, systems, and concepts
