Job Overview
Meli Greek is seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Corporate Office team and support the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of our growing group.

Experience in hospitality, restaurants, purchasing, ordering, or vendor coordination is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support to the corporate and operations teams.
- Manage emails, correspondence, calendars, meetings, and general office coordination.
- Assist with purchasing, restaurant orders, and vendor coordination.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, invoices, and pending requests.
- Maintain organized digital and physical files, records, and company documentation.
- Prepare and update spreadsheets, reports, presentations, and administrative documents.
- Communicate and coordinate with restaurant managers, vendors, suppliers, and corporate team members.
- Assist with invoice organization and documentation for the Accounting team.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate purchases as needed.
- Support administrative needs related to new restaurant openings and special projects.
- Track deadlines and pending items and proactively follow up to ensure completion.
- Handle confidential company information with professionalism and discretion.
- Provide additional administrative and operational support as needed.
Experience
- Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office setting with a strong emphasis on customer service and front desk responsibilities
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with productivity software and spreadsheets
- Experience with data entry, filing systems, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and clarity
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members
- Prior experience using multi-line phone systems and handling phone etiquette professionally is preferred
- Personal assistant or office management experience is a plus, especially with calendar management and scheduling tasks

Pay: $45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
