Seeking a detail-oriented Electronic Assembler to join A production team. In this role, you will assemble electronic components and power distribution units (PDUs) by following detailed work instructions, blueprints, and assembly drawings. This position requires excellent hand-eye coordination, the ability to work with small parts, and a strong commitment to quality.
Job Duties:
- Assemble electronic components, wiring, cables, and subassemblies according to work instructions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and assembly documentation.
- Perform box-build assembly and install electrical components into finished products.
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Perform basic functional testing and troubleshoot minor assembly issues.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely and accurately.
- Package, label, and prepare completed products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-safe (Electrostatic Discharge) work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies, quality procedures, and production schedules.
- Assist with other production duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous electronic or mechanical assembly experience preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
