Interactive College of Technology is seeking a full-time Admissions Representative for our Vocational English as a Second Language (VESL) program at our Pasadena Campus.
As an Admissions Representative, you will guide prospective students through the enrollment process—from their first inquiry to their first day of class. This is a consultative sales role that combines relationship building, community outreach, and admissions counseling to help individuals achieve their educational and career goals.
Key Responsibilities

Contact prospective students by phone, text, email, and in person.

Conduct admissions interviews and campus tours.

Build rapport with prospective students and identify their educational goals.

Recommend educational solutions that meet each student's needs.

Follow up consistently with inquiries to convert leads into enrollments.

Develop referral sources through community organizations, local businesses, churches, and networking events.

Represent ICT at community events, job fairs, and outreach activities.

Maintain accurate records and activity within the CRM system.

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment goals.

Fluent in both Spanish and English (Required).

Minimum of two (2) years of successful sales experience required.

Experience in admissions, recruiting, higher education, staffing, or consultative sales preferred.

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance goals.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.

Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a goal-driven environment.

Reliable transportation with the ability to participate in community outreach events as needed.
