Dynacoil, Inc. is a custom stainless steel manufacturing company providing products and services to pharmaceutical, medical and industrial customers. We are currently seeking a Laser Operator to set up, operate, and maintain a Mitsubishi CNC laser cutting machine and will produce precision metal components according to engineering drawings and production specifications. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to maintain high-quality standards while meeting production goals. Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate Mitsubishi CNC laser cutting machine.
- Load and unload raw materials using overhead cranes, forklifts, or other material handling equipment.
- Read and interpret drawings.
- Verify machine programs and make minor program or offset adjustments when necessary.
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, tope measures, and gauges.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning lenses, changing nozzles, and replacing consumables.
- Follow all company safety policies, quality standards, and housekeeping requirements.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating Mitsubishi or other CNC laser cutting equipment.
- Knowledge of CNC programming or nesting software, preferably SigmaNEST.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Forklift and overhead crane experience.
- Knowledge of metal fabrication processed and material types.
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments.
- Basic computer skills for machine controls.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand for 8 hours a day and lift up to 30 pounds.
