Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Representative- Security Services to lead our internal and outside sales teams for our security guard services in New York. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, and the ability to drive innovation in sales strategies. As a sales representative , you will be part of a highly collaborative sales environment, focused on uncovering new opportunities by leveraging the entire Alliance Protective Group portfolio of offerings. The selected Sales Representative will demonstrate an ability to leverage and grow an existing network.
Compensation
- Starting salary: $65,000 base (negotiable based on experience)
- Commission structure available for new business acquired unlimited upside; paid on retention milestones

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities in the security services industry
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with property managers, developers, and corporate accounts
- Develop tailored proposals and presentations to secure contracts
- Represent the company at client meetings, site visits, and industry events
- Collaborate with management on growth strategies and client acquisition plans
- Track, analyze, and report on sales activities and results
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of proven sales experience (business development, B2B, or account management)
- Prior knowledge or experience in the security guard industry strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work hybrid (remote + office/client visits)
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently
