Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Technician, where your expertise will drive exceptional vehicle repair and maintenance services. In this role, you will perform a wide range of mechanical repairs and diagnostics on various vehicle makes and models, ensuring safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately.
- Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire service, wheel alignments, and suspension repairs including shocks & struts.
- Repair and replace mechanical components including transmissions, powertrain systems, brakes, shocks & struts, and suspension systems.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and a variety of mechanical techniques to execute repairs efficiently.
- Inspect and repair diesel engines and heavy-duty vehicles with expertise in diesel engine repair and brake systems.
- Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex mechanical systems repair tasks effectively.
- Deliver excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring vehicle safety standards are met or exceeded.
Qualifications
- Proven dealership experience or automotive repair industry background with a focus on mechanical systems repair.
- Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems, transmissions, powertrain components, and suspension systems.
- Experience working with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems)
- Skilled in the use of diagnostic software, schematics reading, and troubleshooting automotive electrical issues.
- Familiarity with equipment mechanics, auto repair techniques, welding, and vehicle maintenance procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical repair tools.
- Excellent mechanical knowledge complemented by customer service skills to ensure a positive client experience.
